Claiborne Davis wants to help you create and maintain a body that can withstand the test of time, so you can always feel fantastic, elastic, stronger, longer, tough, buff, agile but not fragile, more upright and less uptight. A NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 200) and Integrated Yoga Tune Up® Teacher (YTU-I), Claiborne also is a longtime tennis player, language-learner, corny joke-teller, traveller and a former television news producer.
